Senior Purchaser Executive / Stock Controller

• To conduct product research and to source new supplier and vendors
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock
• Inspecting stock and to report any faulty items or inconsistencies
• Updating and maintaining records of orders and received stock
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled
• Monitor and maintain current stock levels, and report discrepancies
• Analyzing supply chain data to prevent shortage of stock
• Maintaining and updating shipment records
• Overseeing stock storage processes
• Supervise operation process

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of related working experience in the Inventory field is required.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Possess good communication skills.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and planning skills.
• Be resourceful, dynamic and have good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure with good adaptability
• Salary: RM4, 500.00 and above (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, remuneration will be based on experience and qualification)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm); Saturday (8.30 am to 12.00 pm once a month)
