Senior Quality Inspector (H/F) - AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

Job Description: Scope of Position: Supervise and administer Quality Assurance and Aviation Safety Management at all levels.Administer and carry out audits at all levels as part of Aviation Quality & Safety ManagementKey Responsibilities:

• To administer, manage and conduct internal audits and product audit in accordance with the annual audit plan and ensure all deficiencies are identified and addressed.
• Coordinate and implement Quality Systems to attain Company, CAAM, FAA and other NAA approval.
• Develop and administer the company Approval System for certifying personnel.
• Assist in activities of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) including Human Factors issues as part of quality management functions.
• To manage all audit findings carried out internally and by CAA Malaysia/NAA to assure they are attended to and resolved within the agreed time-frame
• To manage and coordinate all activities concerned with training to AHM client’s personnel and be responsible to ensure all work and processes conforms to statutory and legal requirements and meet quality standards
• Assist the liaison with CAAM/FAA/NAA on airworthiness issues
• Assist the Quality Manager in providing guidance and direction for the planning, implementation and operation of the organization’s Safety Management System (SMS)
• Periodic review of MOE/RSQCM to meet the changing organizational requirements while meeting the applicable and current regulatory requirements
• Initiate and conduct Aviation Safety Investigation on any incident and accident in the organization.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by supervisor
• Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary toothers and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and CodeOf Conduct.
• Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

Background and Skills: Min. Education: Preferably Part-66 License Holder/ Degree equivalentMin. Experience: 10 years in aviation industry/ maintenanceOther experience/Training/Qualification: CAR2016, CAAM CAD, Part 145, Part M, DOA, ATO, Part 147, Quality Management, Aviation SMS, ISO 9001Other Skills: Able to work with minimum supervision, Good communication skills, Understand Quality system including Safety Management System and ISO.
