Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
• To attend site briefing tender the project
• Taking off, call quotation and cost estimate for tender.
• Sourcing of quotation, negotiations and procurement
• Prepare tender submissions, including Bill of Quantity
• Prepare for final submission and follow up with tender questionnaire reply and interview
• Negotiate and issue PO to selected vendor for projects
• Monitoring cost budget and cost control to project budget
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements the client are delivered

Requirement:
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent relevant qualification
• 1 - 3 years relevant experience in the interior design and build industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels
