Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.

Delivering offers to candidates and ensuring the accuracy of documentation.

Responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for candidates.

Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up/ visits.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Good in English and Chinese oral communication skills.
