Senior Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Delivering offers to candidates and ensuring the accuracy of documentation.
Responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for candidates.
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up/ visits.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good in English and Chinese oral communication skills.
