Our client, a leading provider in the automation industry, specializing in delivering innovative system solutions and support services. With a strong focus on process control instrumentation, they are looking for a new Sales and Application Engineer to join their team.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver system solutions and support to clients.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for process control instrumentation, SCADA, IIoT, MES, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Negotiate with clients to secure contracts and orders.
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and organizing sales strategies.
- Manage both internal and external sales processes.
- Market the company's products and solutions in local and international markets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Division Head to develop sales plans that meet growth and revenue targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Maximize sales of the organization's products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of process control instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, or telemetry.
- 2-3 years of experience in instruments or automation (preferred).
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is an advantage.
- Excellent business communication skills, technical knowledge, and abilities in business presentation and public speaking.
- Willingness to travel and the capability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
