Experience Level: Fresh Graduate / Entry-Level Work Location: On-site (Klang Valley) Schedule: Full-time (on-site only)

Role Objective: Support lead generation, appointment setting, and sales closure activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up appointments with potential rentees and conducting property viewings.

Support the sales team in closing rental deals and completing necessary documentation.

Conduct market research to assist in pricing and property trends analysis.

Help in developing and maintaining client relationships.

Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing strategies.

Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.

Support administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Assist In Other Tasks Required By Employer.

Job Requirements

SPM or higher.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Proficiency in MS Office.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.

Valid driver's license and own transportation preferred.
