Job Description :-

• To provide technical solution, troubleshooting to the clients.
• Perform and handling technical issues that faced by clients/customers (esp.after-sales, if any).
• Perform technical services in terms of fixture, install, repair and maintain equipment [products: aerial work platform (AWP), scissor lift, forklift equipment,construction engineering machines etc.].
• To perform service activities (refurbishment, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance and corrective actions).
• To liaise with respective team-members in an effective way and problem solving to assure that clients/customers get good respond and support required.

Job Requirements:-

• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and local language/dialect.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Remuneration packages with allowance.
