Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule for all the equipment's.
- Field troubleshooting and repair products at customers’ site.
- To serve and to assist the customer in matter related to all technical issues.
- Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points.
- Perform installation, testing and commissioning.
- Other duties as assigned
