Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Lead Asia specific projects and actively support the project work.
• Align with Global Service Designers about any changes on Asia region and inform the changes to the Stakeholder/Team for necessary update.
• Ensure process documentation is always up-to date (Check fulfill met instructions, response templates, how-to guides, knowledge articles)
• Support Global/Regional Harmonization and Automation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams/stakeholder to gather insights and feedback on process improvements.
• Collaborate with other Process Experts across Regions.
• Define and manage the process of system adjustments in close collaboration with IT and potential others.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
• Possesses Good and Hands-on Knowledge and Skills in HR systems (GMDS).
• Proactive mindset and detail-oriented personality, consistently maintaining high-quality standards for your work.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player which able to create connections with different stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written skills, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
