Senior Specialist Information Technology

In your new role you will:

• Provide level 2 support for incidents and problem tickets for Master Data applications.
• Develop and maintain scripts for data patching in the database.
• Analyse ticket patterns and root causes of tickets to define suitable measures with the counterparts (L1, L3, application owners, and external service providers) to reduce incident tickets.
• Provide reports on operations for management reviews
• Participate in the project's activities for testing activities to ensure a smooth handover from project to operation.
• Work in an international team.
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent studies.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or C#.
• Basic knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to support the (key-) users of Master Data applications during Incident resolution.
• Good communication skills.
