Get to Know the Role

Role

This is a regional, individual contributor role, and you will report to the Head of Learning & Inclusion based onsite in our Kuala Lumpur office. As the Learning & Inclusion Senior Specialist, you will work on two impact areas:

• Equip Grabbers with essential skills and mindsets to facilitate excellence and growth.
• Build an inclusive workplace that provides equitable access to growth opportunities, and strengthen Grabbers' sense of belonging with their team and with Grab.
  
  

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Perform collaboration across POD and diverse cross team collaborators to prioritise and and solve learning and inclusion challenges.
• Design and implement high impact programs with guidance, to address critical skilling and inclusion needs - whether it's through structured development journeys, custom programmes, platform solutions, process enhancements or other forms of interventions.
  
  

Qualifications
