Job model – On Site

This position require the personnel to monitor machine performance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issue. Able to work on shift and willing to work overtime to complete the given task.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities
• Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure systems are operating optimally
• All task been perform must comply with quality, safety and health regulations that implemented in dsm-firmenich.
• To support Supervisor for machine installation, commissioning and preparation of documentation if necessary.
• Perform trouble shooting for machine issue and identify root cause.
• Involve in improvement activity for maintenance department.

You bring

• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• At least 3 years proven working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing sector preferably in food industry. Familiar with Halal Assurance System and able to execute with minimum supervision. Familiar with food safety regulations (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP & HALAL).
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, outlook, power point and etc).
• Knowledge in powder handling process, PLC, able to read mechanical and electrical diagram is an advantage.
