Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all reports and data visualizations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with the teams on a hub level to understand their reporting needs and requirements.
- Communicate data-driven insights to cross-functional teams and management.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource.
- More than 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Profiles with moderate data and analysis tools affinity.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and, in the future, basic Tableau knowledge.
- Knowledge in GMDS, SF, ATS, MyHR, Payroll & Time systems, HR Dashboard, List Reports, and HR InfoArea would be an added advantage.
