Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Perform and ensure payroll processes, reports and delivery are compliance with company policies, local tax and labor law, internal and external audit.
- Manage and administer the time attendance.
- Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes the payroll and time attendance report.
- Ensure timely submission statutory remittance.
- Responsible in handling employee's payroll related query through ticketing system on time.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
- More than 1 years in human resources (HR) with at least 1 years in payroll administration field.
- Good knowledge about HR processes and HR IT System.
- Experience in Thailand payroll is highly desirable
- Able to work in a tight timeline
