Senior Staff Engineer Automation Equipment Technology

You will undertake projects supporting Industry 4.0 automation equipment and upcoming automation projects.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Drive key material handling, equipment process, process control & artificial intelligence automation projects to leverage and accelerate the drive for a highly automated. production line.
• Propose & benchmark automation solutions throughout project phases: conceptual, benchmark, evaluate, and production release implementation.
• Undertake responsibilities for equipment data collection and study, monitoring, and analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Focus on customers for the understanding of internal and external customers and stakeholders' needs.
• Drive project business case and implementation to meet all stakeholder's expectations.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor or Masters in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering.
• More than 12 years of high volume manufacturing in a semiconductor. environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Project Management.
• Having knowledge in programming e.g C#/C++, Firmware is preferred.
• Having knowledge in Process Control Automation or Advanced Process Control (APC).
• System Integration and Digital/Analog data protocol knowledge.
• Able to work independently under a tight timeline and team up for best results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive project milestone fulfillment.
