Manage Tie Bar Cut equipment maintenance systematic, actual maintenance activities and the maintenance personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.
- Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions.
- Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach.
- Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
- Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing (F).
- Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
- Preferably >3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
- Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics.
- Good understanding of machine mechanism and capable to perform PM activities.
