Job Description

In your new role you will:

Pioneer Test Program Development

• Innovate and develop advanced test programs on leading-edge ATE platforms such as V93K, microFLEX, J750, and UltraFlex.
  
  

Lead Test Migration and Optimization

• Spearhead test program migrations to next-generation ATE platforms.
• Enhance parallelism and optimize test times to achieve peak performance and efficiency.
  
  

Champion Knowledge Transfer and Qualification

• Lead the transfer of test program knowledge to production teams.
• Manage and oversee test package buy-offs (GR&R), ensuring smooth test qualifications and robust correlations.
  
  

Design and Develop Device Interface Boards (Loadboards)

• Drive the creative design and development of loadboards.
• Participate in schematic reviews, component placement, and layout approval processes.
  
  

Solve Complex Test Challenges

• Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex test-related issues.
• Implement effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  
  

Document and Share Best Practices

• Develop comprehensive documentation for all test program releases.
• Share innovative best practices and insights with engineering peers.
  
  

Provide Technical Support

• Deliver high-quality technical support for both software and hardware-related production test issues.
• Utilize strong data analysis and debugging skills to ensure smooth test operations
  
  

Explore New Horizons

• Opportunity to travel across the Asia Pacific and Europe regions for short-term test engineering support and collaboration.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Strong passion for continuous learning, innovation, and professional development
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor testing
• Specialized in Digital, Power, and Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Proficient in developing device interface boards (Loadboards), with deep knowledge of schematic design and electronic components
• Extensive experience in crafting production test solutions for mixed-signal ICs using top-tier ATE platforms, including V93K, microFLEX, ETS-88, UltraFlex, and ETS800
• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
• Skilled in operating lab equipment such as signal generators and oscilloscopes for bench-level electrical measurements
• In-depth understanding of semiconductor test production processes
• Proven ability to drive yield improvement and test time optimization initiatives
• Proficient in industry-standard quality and process control tools: FMEA, DOE, 8D, SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing concepts
• Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive for excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation
• Confident team player with leadership potential, ready to mentor and motivate others
