Senior Supervisor - Air Freight, Import Operations

• To check and verify the marking and labelling on cargo transferred from GHA Warehouse by import
  
  

operation team.

• Ensure timely return of documents to carrier after submission and amendment
• To counter check the import documentation to match with the physical cargo for verification.
• To ensure that cargo is transferred on time base on the flight arrival time.
• To ensure that the Ops Assistant will update/report of any discrepancy on timely manner.
• To ensure the date updated are accurate and complete in Tango.
• Accept any other job responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior.
• Ensure all customer queries of shipments are attended ti in timely manner.
• Ensure correct retrieval of carrier documents in respect to customer goods.
• SPM
• Minimum two (2) years work experience in airfreight cargo.
• Knowledge of Import operation would be an advantage.
• Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
