About This Role

The primary role of the Senior Systems Administrator will be to assist business by maintaining and managing many business critical and operational services running on Server and Storage infrastructure together with a team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administration and management of the Enterprise Active Directory system and services that include but are not limited to FileServers, DNS, DHCP, web servers, CA, and more.
• Deploy and Manage server and Storage hardware
• Manage and maintain Server system and workstation software with regular updates, patching, and backups
• Deployment of cloud infrastructure
• Deployment and management of physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Intune deployment
• Automation and ticketing
• Provide technical analysis, design, and support of operations staff in executing, testing, and rolling out the solutions.
• Participation in projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development staff to production staff by performing operations activities within the project life-cycle.
• Lead team with proper mentoring and guidance
  
  

Position Requirements

• Operating Systems & Servers: Windows OS Server, Windows Client OS troubleshooting, event interpretation, and log collection
• Directory & Identity Management: Active Directory, Enterprise LDAP architecture and deployment
• Network & Server Management: File Servers, Print Servers, DHCP, DNS Servers, Windows Server Roles (DNS, DHCP, Print & Document Services, Active Directory, WDS)
• Cloud & Virtualization: Cloud infrastructure deployment and hosting (preferred Azure), Virtualization architecture and deployment, Virtualization systems, Physical and virtual servers
• Storage & Backup: Storage types and topology (NAS, SANs), Server hardware, Backups, and Disaster Recovery (DR) systems
• Security & Endpoint Management: Azure Intune and Autopilot deployment, Patch Management & software deployment
• Remote Access & Hosting: Remote Desktop Services, Web and Application Hosting
• Scripting & Automation: Knowledge of PowerShell and/or other programming and scripting languages
