Main Job Scope:
Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.
Duties (Key Responsibilities):
- Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director [SATD/ATD].
- Assists SATD/ATD in day-to-day duties on all projects handled.
- Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care.
- Assists in the training of junior staff.
- Responsible for anchoring the preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by Technical Director/SATD.
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours):
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 6 years relevant working experience except candidate with exceptional qualities.
