Build the Engineering Team That Builds the Future

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top-performing engineers, data scientists, and technical leaders who will shape the future of financial services across Southeast Asia.

In this role, you’ll be the strategic hiring partner to our tech, product, and AI teams. You’ll lead full-cycle technical hiring with a focus on proactive sourcing, deep evaluation of technical talent, and delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and stakeholders. Your hires will directly drive how fast and how far we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate CVs, GitHub profiles, portfolios, and signals beyond the resume to identify top technical talent who align with our values
  • Source proactively using platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and niche communities to uncover hidden talent
  • Partner closely with engineering, AI, and product leaders to define hiring needs and co-design effective hiring strategies
  • Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate real-world problem-solving and team fit
  • Deliver clear, structured evaluations and manage feedback loops with interviewers and hiring teams
  • Ensure a standout candidate experience through transparent communication, timely updates, and a thoughtful process
  • Track and manage pipelines using modern ATS tools and continuously iterate on hiring processes based on data and feedback
  • Stay current on market trends, candidate motivations, and compensation benchmarks to adjust sourcing and offer strategies

You’ll Excel in This Role If You...

  • Have a strong eye for engineering talent and can assess potential beyond keywords or titles
  • Are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tech roles without losing speed or quality
  • Communicate well with both candidates and internal stakeholders, including technical leads
  • Enjoy building structured processes, sourcing strategies, and tools to support scalable hiring
  • Take full ownership of roles from outreach to offer and ensure a structured and fair process
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex hiring challenges

The Right Fit Has...

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments
  • A proven track record of sourcing and hiring for roles across engineering, data, and product functions
  • Strong working knowledge of technical stacks, developer communities, and sourcing platforms
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and structured hiring frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • High emotional intelligence, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of ownership

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for AI, machine learning, or infrastructure roles
  • Regional or international hiring experience (especially within ASEAN, Taiwan, or Japan)
  • Familiarity with behavioral and technical interview techniques
  • Experience in employer branding or building tech talent communities
  • Exposure to early-stage or scale-up tech hiring environments
