Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of user interfaces for our online gaming products, ensuring an optimal balance between aesthetics and usability.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts tailored to the online gaming environment.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into player behaviors and preferences, applying this knowledge to refine and enhance designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented to the highest standards and meet all technical requirements.
• Create and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all gaming products, including desktop and mobile platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in online gaming and mobile design, to keep our products competitive and engaging.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations and best practices, particularly with regard to user security and responsible gaming.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that includes work in the online gaming or digital entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, PS, Illustrator and experience with motion graphics is a plus.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with a specific focus on creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with mobile-first design and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of designing for the online gaming industry, including user engagement and retention strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
