Senior/Head Personal Trainer

In this dual role, you’ll be at the heart of our studio, where you’ll:

• Coach and Train Clients: Engage directly with clients, conducting personal training sessions that inspire, motivate, and drive results. You’ll set an example of what it means to be strong and dedicated.
• Lead & Manage: Oversee and develop our team of personal trainers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to support their growth and performance.
• Track Data and provide Feedback: Collect personal trainer's performance data and execute initiatives to improve their performance
• Ensure Client Success: Regularly review client progress reports from each trainer, ensuring every program aligns with our standards and helps clients achieve their goals.
• Plan Educational Sessions: Organize and lead workshops and training sessions to keep our team on the cutting edge of fitness knowledge, techniques, and trends.

Here's what is required :

• Minimum 3 years of active personal training experience (over 20 sessions/week)
• Have experience working with special populations (injury rehab, elderly etc. )
• Fluent in English and a 2nd language
• Experience in working for Studio/ local gym (not just freelancing)
• Sarawakian only
• Be able to work on peak hours ( 5-8pm)

*Disclaimers :

• If you are selected , you will first start as an Advanced Trainer (2nd tier coach) for a minimum of 3 months or more before being offered the position. You may or may not be offered the position given your performance and work ethic . Since we believe in leadership by example and preserving a positive work culture, you'll need to earn the trust of team members before being able to lead them
• The work is contract and performance based with no Basic salary. Income may vary
