Job Responsibility

  • Native proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, fluent in written English
  • Bonus: Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experience:
  • Fresh graduates to 2 yearsâ experience in content writing, SEO copywriting, or digital marketing
  • Skillset & Traits:
  • Strong grasp of grammar, structure, and cultural tone in Bahasa Melayu
  • Curious and eager to learn SEO fundamentals
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Receptive to feedback and capable of adapting to editorial shifts
  • Ability to work independently or remotely with minimal supervision

Job Requirements

  • Research and produce localized SEO-optimized content in Bahasa Melayu and English, targeting the Malaysian audience
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to increase content visibility
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives
  • Monitor SEO performance and assist in content updates based on performance data and feedback
  • Ensure all published content meets quality, grammar, and SEO standards
  • Stay updated on local search trends, user behavior, and content best practices
  • Adapt content based on editorial changes, cultural relevance, and current topics
