- To liaise with Service Admin on repair order preparation.
- To disclose service appointment, costing, supplies and labor required for service and calculating customer’s payment and deductibles.
- To verify parts and warranty issues appointments with third party suppliers/vendors via email, phone and text to maintain warranty reference information and materials.
