Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a
Service Desk Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
resolving technical issues related to network, hardware and software for
both internal and external customers, providing proactive support, and
ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical
- Provide answers to service, product, and technical inquiries for current
- Offer proactive support to help reduce the occurrence of issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet service-level agreements
- Communicate effectively in both writing and speech
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years of relevant technical experience
- Good communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT Level
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and exceptional customer
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution in technical
- Knowledge of network, computing hardware, software, and peripheral
- Familiarity with case management tools
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing and work under high
- Willingness to work on a staggered normal working schedule and in
