Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Able to speak in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin.
- Good communication skill and strong interpersonal skills.
- Have a pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Responsible, honest and possess good problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to work on public holiday, split shift and overtime.
- Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to the customers (greet, records orders, and serve)
- Attend to customers' need promptly & professionally.
- Handling complaints with positive attitude and escalate to superior.
- Performing table setting, general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Assist to oversee the club's food hygienic SOP, rules & regulations.
- Have basic knowledge of food & beverage, customer service skill, safety guideline, teamwork.
- Handling Point-Of-Sales (POS) systems as necessary.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
