Responsibilities

Ensure explanations are given on each rebate, approval by GSM and review time difference between initial posting of settlement and rebate.

Submit for approval of Front Office Manager/Assistant Room Division Manager and Assistant Financial Controller.
Verify rebates, paid-out transactions, foreign exchange, complimentary room slips, and loyalty program records.
Review banquet revenue reports, ensuring alignment with event orders and proper authorization of deviations.
Maintain records of all financial documents and ensure their proper filing for future audits.
Ensure the proper care and maintenance of financial equipment.
Supervise and guide income audit associates and leaders, ensuring adherence to hotel policies.
Requirements
Diploma in Accountancy or SPM with related accountancy background.
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong auditing, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
