The Services Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and building relationships with assigned customers. The Services Sales Representative promotes the sale of BL products and services to assigned accounts and optimizes sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of client activities and plans. This person must grow market share and bookings in the EAG geo-unit.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Plan client calls and makes regular client visits to ensure appropriate call coverage of assigned accounts
  • To be familiar with company products, design principles and safety aspects in order to act focal point for clients.
  • Ensure customer problems arising from sales are responded to and appropriately managed.
  • Maintain C4C for accounts, including customer profiling, organizational chart, visit reports, and customer drivers.
  • Create and action an approved sales plan for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and qualify all sales leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain opportunity pipeline in C4C.
  • Work with management to develop sales goals and coordinate sales plans for promoting existing services and products and introducing new services and products.
  • Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommend necessary changes and price increases.
  • Provide support for receivables management
  • Providing remote assistance to clients during the installation and commissioning of valves and related equipment
  • Monitor the execution of maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, assembly and testing activities at Customer location or SLB facility
  • Ensure product and service delivery to SLB best practices and QSHE programs and systems.
  • Monitoring quotations of product, repair and service works.
  • Monitor execution of Customer orders in relation SLB procedures.
  • Provide recommendations and justifications for Audit to Optimise(A2O) site surveys and maintenance work.

Qualifications/ Experience

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in a technical and relevant field as a minimum
  • 5-10 Years minimum sales and commercial experience (sales, tendering, sales support, customer services representative, product specialist or similar roles)
  • Project exposure
  • Capacity for further promotion in the sales and commercial function
  • Experience with the function and operation of company products
  • Knowledge of and experience with valve and actuation products is preferred
  • Excellent English language knowledge (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in the primary Microsoft Office programs
  • International Passport is mandatory as well as a clean criminal record
