Job Duties
- Responsible for smooth operation of production by troubleshooting and follow-up on gloves quality
- Plan, organize and control manpower
- Maintain production schedules and supervise production operation
- Direct and motivate manufacturing employees in all aspects affecting their job performance
- Diploma / Certificate in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the rubber gloves manufacturing field
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
