Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Shipping clerk is responsible for one or more of the following activities: Tracks, trace of incoming raw materials, equipment, assemblies and MRO, from suppliers and other Masimo facilities; and direct shipments to customers performing proper transactions into Expandable.

SPM/ SPTM Or Diploma
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made for those individuals with real or perceived disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job described.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation example. Invoice, packing list, custom form for local and international shipping.
- Tracks, traces and updates status of incoming/ outgoing shipment.
- Prepare and submit monthly report on incoming/ Outgoing to Custom department.
- Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, and carriers as necessary for export/imports.
- Assist in cargo planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on incoming/outgoing activities and update inventory.
- Other tasks including proper filing and tasks assigned by management.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Above 3 years experiences in shipping is an advantage.
- Inbound and outbound experience in manufacturing facility.
- Proficient in Word & Excel.
- Good communication and computer skills
- 3 years above prior experience in a continuous improvement environment
- Warehouse and Inventory control prior experience in manufacturing facility
- Basic knowledge of reading English
