Shipping Executive

1 Handle and prepare all relevant shipping documents [Invoices, Packing list, Custom Forms, Bill of Landing, Certificate of Origin & etc.] to ensure compliance to Local and oversea shipment requirements and avoid delay of shipping operation.

2 Liaise and communicate with any relevant parties to organize and follow up the shipment progress and status to ensure shipment arrangement within schedule as planned and avoid delay.

3 Responsible to handle and follow up for legalisation changes of shipment requirements to ensure shipping activities compliances of rules and regulations and avoid increase expenses cost occurred.

4 Liaise and organize the sampling of products as per schedule with KKM for products laboratory test to ensure the products meet and fulfil the KKM export products specification.

5 Support and coordinate to resolve issues related with shipping and overseas customer or supplier to ensure uninterrupted shipment operations.

6 Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking

7 Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business – Administrative / Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent

• Preferable with at least 2 years working experience in handling import & export document preparation or related field

• Team player, independent, good problem solving and organization skills

• Excellent communication skills and customer oriented

• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
