職位描述
- 負責規劃、協調和安排所有貨物的運輸，並確保及時交付。
- 負責處理、協調、監督與貨物運輸有關的所有程序和文件，包括與生產、倉庫、貨運代理和船運公司聯絡。
- 與進口商、貨運代理、運輸商以及其他與航運和其他物流需求相關的政府機構聯絡。
- 當貨物確認出貨並準備交貨時，準備發票、裝箱單、提單。
- 完成上級交辦的其他任務。
- 處理客戶訂單。
- 尋找並比較運費，以找到最優惠的價格，從而控制運輸預算和成本。
- 申請所需許可證，例如MITI的COO、FMM的COO以及其他所需文件。
- 確保海關申報過程中協調制度編碼（HS編碼）的準確性。
- 及時安排和監控貨櫃的進出。
- 候選人必須至少擁有任何領域的文憑/高級文憑/高等文憑/研究生文憑/學士學位/研究生文憑/專業學位。
- 具1至2年類似職位工作經驗者優先考慮。
- 能說英語和馬來語。
- 會說普通話者優先考慮。
- 做事有條理、有條不紊，注重細節，善於解決問題。
