职责
- 制定和执行全面的数字营销策略,重点强调于社交媒体营销 (Social Media Marketing),以生成潜在客户、扩大销售渠道、提升品牌知名度并推动销售增长;
- 探索并管理各种数字营销渠道,优先考虑社交媒体平台(如 Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn 等),同时兼顾搜索引擎营销(SEM)、电子邮件营销和内容营销;
- 设计和实施市场推广社交媒体活动,监测和分析其效果,确保达到预定目标;
- 负责网站的内容管理和优化,提高用户体验和转化率;
- 以社交媒体领域为主要涉略范围进行市场调研,分析行业趋势、目标客户群和竞争对手,为决策提供依据;
- 有效管理营销预算,重点关注社交媒体广告的投资回报率,确保有效利用资源,并根据市场反馈调整支出;
- 与销售、产品开发和客户服务团队等其他部门密切合作,确保各类营销活动的一致性和整合性;
- 紧跟最新的社交媒体趋势、技术和zui最佳时间方式,持续优化营销策略;
- 建立并维护与外部供应商和广告代理的关系,特别在社交媒体合作方面上,以增强品牌影响力;
- 领导和指导数字营销团队,促进团队成员的专业发展。
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing Strategies with a strong emphasis on social media marketing to generate leads, grow pipelines, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Identify and manage various digital marketing channels, prioritizing social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.) alongside search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns that align with predefined objectives and KPIs, ensuring optimal audience reach and engagement.
- Oversee website content management and optimization to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activities, particularly in the social media landscape to integrate with marketing strategies.
- Create and manage the marketing budget effectively, with a focus on maximizing ROI from social media advertising and adjusting spending based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and account servicing teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies as well as continuously optimizing strategies to leverage new opportunities for brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and advertising agencies to enhance brand presence, particularly through social media partnerships.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering professional development and growth.
要求
- 本科及以上学历,主修市场营销、广告、传媒或相关领域;
- 5年以上数字营销相关经验,至少3年管理经验,主要以社交媒体营销为优先;
- 熟悉各种社交媒体营销工具和技术(如 Meta Ads、Instagram Insights、TikTok Ads) 以及数字运营工具(如Google Analytics、SEO、SEM)有扎实的知识和技术熟练度;
- 具备优秀的分析能力和数据驱动的决策能力,尤其在评估社交媒体活动绩效方面;
- 熟练掌握各类社交媒体平台的文案写作和内容创作能力,确保信息传达引人入胜富有影响力;
- 能够在快节奏的环境中有效管理多个项目;
- 具备较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够通过社交媒体渠道有效吸引受众 ;
- 优先考虑具有B2B营销或电子商务经验,尤其在社交媒体上有推广品牌经验的申请者。
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, with a focus in social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge and technical proficiency of social media marketing tools and technologies (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram insights, TikTok Ads) as well as digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
- Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making, especially in assessing social media campaign performance.
- Proficient in copywriting and content creation tailored for various digital platforms.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on social media initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to engage audiences through social media channels.
- Experience in B2B marketing or e-commerce, particularly leveraging social media for brand promotion, would be an advantage.
