- 及時處理並解決任何安全問題。
- 與專案經理溝通進度、問題和資源需求。
- 監控材料使用情況並確保必要供應的可用性。
- 維護專案文檔，包括每日報告和工作日誌。
- 確保所有施工工程符合品質標準和規格。
- 識別並解決任何現場問題或技術挑戰。
- 建議改進以提高效率和安全性。
- 在[建築/製造/其他行業]擔任現場主管或類似職位的經驗。
- 了解施工方法、材料和安全規定。
- 強大的領導能力和解決問題的能力。
- 能夠閱讀藍圖、計劃和技術圖。
- 優秀的溝通和組織能力。
- 熟練使用[提及任何相關軟體，例如 AutoCAD、MS Office]。
- 土木工程、建築管理或相關領域的文憑或學位（優先）。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作，必要時可延長工作時間。
- 需現場出席；偶爾可能需要出差。
