General Responsibilities
- Setup and running Surface Mount machine from screen printing, glue bond , component placement machine and reflow oven.
- Surface mount process , inspection and testing
- Parts identification and loading into feeder and setup to machine.
- Machine safety .PPE and 5’s maintained at all time
- Handling of solder paste and mosture sensitive components.
- ESD control and maintenance
- Basic machine maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Maintaining of SMT record and parameter base on ISO requirments.
- Basic rework or repair for printed circuit board assembly of surface mounted devices.
- Basic machine handling training for new employees
- Control of reject or scrap related to SMT machine or process
- Assignment of work task given by superior or management
- Preferable experience from manufacturing with electrical & electronics.
