Snr Facility Engineer - Strong in UPS (Electrical, Data Center)

• Develop sequence of operations and system architectures for electrical systems.
• Review and update system architectures and as-built documentation.
• Provide technical proposals and recommendations as a subject matter expert on electrical systems.
• Collaborate with project and onsite teams for system integrations and improvements.
• Liaise with overseas vendors for technical discussions and system upgrades.
• Develop and implement electrical system policies, procedures, and standards.
• Create and maintain standard maintenance procedures and checklists.
• Conduct hands-on operations, inspections, and troubleshooting in critical environments.
• Protect and improve the value of assets and ensure system reliability.

Essential Duties:

• Lead and monitor maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance and inspections of critical systems.
• Supervise maintenance vendors and ensure adherence to work methods.
• Manage change control applications for safe operation and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Train engineers and technicians on-the-job.
• Monitor critical spare parts inventory and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Oversee work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and implement safe maintenance procedures.
• Comply with safety programs and maintain a safe workplace.
• Update tool and supply inventories.
• Identify and mitigate safety hazards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alert management of discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of building management and maintenance laws.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Kulai, Johor.
• Preferably qualified in 33kV/11kV systems.
• Available for 24/7 technical support and incident response.
• Require high-skilled electrical hands-on maintenance experience

Benefits:

• Yearly increment of up to 5%
• Yearly bonus of up to 6 months

Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower salary package than the advertised offer.
