About your new role!

We’re looking for a social-native content creator who can concept, shoot, and edit nimble, platform-first content for TikTok, Reels, and beyond. If you love turning ideas into scroll-stopping content, this is for you. We have roles open for New Content Creators and Team leads.

This role will work on one of Malaysia’s leading Telecommunication providers. You will also get to collaborate with a large and diverse array of other creatives and consultants within GrowthOps.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary and remote-first team, you will take responsibility for:

• Creating original short-form videos tailored to each social platform
• Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and community managers to bring campaigns to life
• Filming and editing content using smartphones
• Staying on top of trends and adapt them for brand use
• Assisting with influencer content and production if needed
  
  
  

What we'd love to see from you

• 2–8 years of social content creation experience
• Portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or platform-native content
• Skilled in mobile filming and quick editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Envato)
• Understand how to use GenAI to speed up production (ElevenLabs, Runway, other)
• Agile, creative, and fluent in internet culture
