主要職責：
- 監控與我們客戶的品牌識別、產品和公開討論相關的社交媒體對話、新聞提及和線上內容。
- 即時辨識並標記負面或敏感內容。
- 清理和管理大型資料集—過濾內容並將其分類為相關主題。
- 分析大量新聞、貼文和公開評論。
- 準備並透過電子郵件發送每日線上媒體監控警報。
- 輪班工作（包括夜班、週末和公共假期）。
- 最低資格：SPM 或高中。
- 能流利使用國語、馬來語和英語進行書寫和口語溝通。
- 熟練使用Microsoft Office，尤其是Excel。
- 對社群媒體平台和工具有初步了解是一種優勢。
- 針對應屆畢業生；鼓勵具有至少 1 年工作經驗的人員申請。
- 注重細節、善於分析、對時事充滿好奇。
- 能夠在壓力和緊迫的期限下保持專注和準確。
- 願意捲起袖子把事情做好。
- 必須有道德、值得信賴並且能夠獨立工作。
