RXC Resources Sdn. Bhd. is a seafood restaurant company that owns KK Garden Seafood Jalan Gaya and KK Garden Seafood Sedco. Committed to bringing the freshest seafood to the table, the company emphasizes quality and exceptional dining in Sabah.

We are now looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Digital Associate (full-time) to enhance our restaurant’s online visibility, manage brand reputation, and drive marketing efforts.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media & Digital Associate located in the Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia Metropolitan Area. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to online platform marketing (FoodPanda, GrabFood, Google Review, etc.), social media content creation (Facebook, Little Red Book, etc.), writing, and communication to promote the company's seafood offerings and dining experiences. The Associate may work remotely and in-person when needed.

Salary

RM2000 + Commission based on Online Platform Sales

Qualifications

• Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO & PR
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Experience with social media management tools and basic graphic design is a plus
