Job Title: Social Media Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary:
The Social Media Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for conducting livestreaming sessions on social media platforms, while engaging followers during live sessions. This role blends functions of e-commerce functions with modern social media engagement, aiming to drive sales and enhance the store's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement:
Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee,
Instagram, Facebook) to showcase products, promote sales, and interact
with the online audience.
Engage with followers during live sessions, answering questions and providing
product recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule social media content and
live sessions.
Monitor and report on the performance of social media activities, including
engagement metrics and sales conversions.
Platform Management:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s ecommerce platforms, ensuring smooth transactions and a seamless user experience.
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visual content to maximize visibility and conversion rates on TikTok Live,Facebook Live, and Malaysia brand.com.
Sales Campaigns: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost online sales and traffic.
Administrative Support:
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer
engagement.
