- 創建、開發和管理社交媒體內容
- 與團隊協作，確保活動、激活和關鍵客戶里程碑在社交媒體上進行行銷
- 端到端監控和管理付費社群媒體活動和廣告；包括研究、安排和報告
- 主動地對風格、美感和有效性進行創造性的控制和判斷
- 與關鍵團隊成員（內部團隊和跨職能團隊）、客戶和供應商合作
- 研究、撰寫、安排和發佈內容
- 趨勢觀察與數位景觀研究
- 社群媒體管道上的社群管理；包括向客戶標記任何關鍵問題或回饋
- 向設計團隊提供清晰簡潔的簡介和回饋
- 根據時間框架和期限實施和製定社交策略
- 至少有一年類似職位或數位/社群媒體內容創作經驗
- 對社群媒體和數位行銷充滿熱情
- 高度關注細節
- 可證明的寫作和編輯技能
- 對社群媒體平台有充分的了解
- 中級至高級技能 Microsoft Office/G-Suite
- 優秀的溝通技巧－口頭、視覺和書面
- 具有很強的多任務處理能力，能夠在短時間內完成高品質的工作
- 能夠獨立工作，也能在團隊環境中工作
- 了解社群媒體監控/監聽工具
- 了解社群媒體分析
- 精通英語和馬來語
