Social Media Manager and Designer

At HANKidz, we’re not just building brands, we’re nurturing the next generation of leaders. If you’re a visual storyteller who speaks fluent design and has a knack for social media magic, we want you on our team!

We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Manager cum Designer. Someone who can bring heart-centered creativity to our online presence across all our brands. You’ll be designing scroll-stopping visuals, crafting meaningful content, and capturing moments that inspire.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Content Creation
• Create beautiful, engaging, and HANKidz-worthy visuals (posts, carousels, reel covers, stories, etc.) across all our business units.
• Craft content that’s aligned with our mission: to raise future leaders who are confident, compassionate, and conscious.
• Maintain a consistent visual vibe that feels fun, fresh, and full of soul.
• Social Media Management
• Plan and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
• Collaborate with our team to support upcoming workshops, events, and launches.
• Stay ahead of trends while staying true to our voice — mindful, playful, and powerful.
• Filming & Video Editing
• Assist in filming content during workshops, trainings, and etc.
• Edit video content (especially short-form like Reels and TikToks) with engaging subtitles, transitions, and effects.
• Mandarin-Savvy
• You must be able to understand, read, and write in Mandarin.
• You’ll support Mandarin-language captions, source content, and engagement, especially for our Xiaohongshu audience.
  
  

Requirements

• A good eye and a good heart
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• A love for social media and a curiosity for how it connects people
• Able to read/write/understand Mandarin (spoken not necessary)
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple creative tasks
  
  

Bonus Skills (Optional But Advantageous)

• Experience with photography or filming
• Run paid ads or boosted posts before
• Know your way around content insights and analytics (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• A playful spirit and passion for working with children, parents, and educators
