Common Daily Tasks for Social Media Managers:
1. Creating and scheduling social posts.
2. Monitoring analytics.
3. Crisis Management.
4. Engagement on social channels to increase followers.
5. Establish relationship with KOL.
6. Benchmarking.
7. Plan and oversee all paid social campaigns, including partnerships with influencers.
8. Conduct social media listening and social media monitoring using appropriate tools.
9. Stay informed about trends and tools in social media, marketing & technology.


Job Responsibilities:
1. To develop creative and engaging social media strategies to align with business goals.
2. To manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels.
3. To create, oversee, plan and deliver engaging multimedia content daily across different platforms.
4. To form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
5. To monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using reliable tools.
6. To research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
7. To perform research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences and analyse competitor activity.
8. To recommend improvements to increase performance.
9. To set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
10. To encourage collaboration across teams and departments.
11. To support public relationships events.
12. To monitor platform & web traffic.
13. To communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in Media & Public Relations.
3. Proven track record in planning and executing successful public relation campaigns.
4. Event management experience.
5. Exceptional English writing and editing skills
6. Good computer Knowledge/Skills (MS Word, Excel & Power point).
7. Contract(s) position is available.
