We are looking for a Software Engineer to work on our website and other web apps. You will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of our digital presence across the web. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including, design, marketing, product, and UX—to ensure our software meets user needs, drives business objectives, and delivers an exceptional user experience.
You’ll be joining an established web development team, working closely with product and design to scale and grow the reader experience across VoyceMe.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build the Future of Manga Reading: Design, develop, and maintain the user interface of our website and web apps, creating a seamless and engaging experience for our community.
- Craft a Blazing-Fast Experience: Optimize our website's performance and loading speed to ensure users can quickly access and enjoy their favorite content.
- Pixel-Perfect Design: Implement responsive designs that look stunning and function flawlessly across all browsers, platforms, and devices.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Product, UX) to bring innovative ideas to life and solve challenging technical problems.
- Elevate Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, and participate in code reviews to ensure the highest standards.
- 5+ Years of Web Expertise: Proven experience in front-end web development, with strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- React Maestro: Deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks, particularly React, and experience building complex user interfaces.
- Accessibility Advocate: Commitment to web accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring an inclusive experience for all users.
- Git Guru: Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Passion for the Craft: A genuine passion for creating high-quality user experiences and a desire to push the boundaries of web development.
