The Software Systems Engineer develops, modifies and codes software systems programming applications. Responsible for evaluating and preparing system engineering and technical analyses; documents, proposals for change, and other technical documentation.

General Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of end-user tools for data analysis, reporting and work flow processes with database communication
- Assist with analyzing the existing software and improving the processes
- Coordinate with the Design and Test Lab departments on requirements of new functionality
- Participate in integration of in-house software for our test equipment
- Taking part in on-site software debugging, machines further adaptation and optimization
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
