Software Engineer IT Technical Documentation

Responsible for the software development in the area of technical documentation throughout the life cycle, from creation, publication, management, and analytics.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for the software development in the area of technical documentation throughout the life cycle, from creation, publication, management, and analytics.
• Handle Graph-RAG architecture using the Neo4j graph database.
• Handle LLM and Graph-RAG techniques.
• Contribute to other engineering and innovation topics and coordinate with other IT technical documentation-related application teams, to meet business objectives and optimize development efforts.
• Develop continuous skill improvements and collaboration with more experienced colleagues.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science or any equivalent course.
• Knowledge of working in scaled agile frameworks and scrum teams.
• Programming and software development skills such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C++,Spring Framework , Maven, Jenkins and Artifactory o XML, XML catalogues, XSLT, CSS, DTD, ANT script o GIT / GIT Flow o Test management in AzureDevOps/ Jira.
• Desirable skills or knowledge of: o DITA Specification o DITA OpenToolkit o oXygen application framework.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, good time-management, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
