Job Overview
You will participate, within an international Agile development team across France and Malaysia, in the enrichment of our web apps by adding priority features presented to the schedule by the Product Owner. You will also work alongside our other R&D scrum teams and gain experience in the most cutting-edge technologies of our solutions.

Job Overview

Key Tasks
- Work in team to define user stories during the sprint
- Design and develop technically using JavaScript or TypeScript
- Guarantee the quality and performance of your code by carrying out tests (manual, unit and automatic)
- Fix bugs reported by our Support teams
- Offer your opinion and iterate to evolve software and development tools (evolution of the stack, framework, continuous integration chain, architecture) and improve collaboration within your Agile team (developers, scrum masters and product owner) as well as R&D as a whole
- Collaborate internally with different departments and share your passion with other developers (technical blog, meet-up, hackathons, Techdays, conferences..)
- Be part of our agile improvement process (participating in workshops, common meetings, experimentations)
- Proficient in TypeScript and Javascript
- Familiarity with Git and Jenkins
- Knowledge of unit testing
- It is a bonus to have back-end development knowledge in C#, C++, Angular, Node JS and understanding Automated Testing
- You will eventually be comfortable working with C#, C++, HTML, CSS, Sass, ElasticSearch, Redis, PgSQL, Azure, …. and you can introduce us to new technologies
- You are cross-functional, i.e., able to write code, design, test, and produce technical documentation
- Familiar with Agile principles and Scrum Methodology
- Self-motivated/organized, independent & possess high sense of accountability
- Speak easily, share information concisely and provide constructive feedback (both positive and suggestions for improvement)
- You are inquisitive, forthcoming with creative ideas and actively participate in the technological evolution of our products
- View change positively, seek frequent feedback from coworkers to align and achieve optimal self organization of your team
- Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, ability to solve complex problems creatively
- Regularly reflect on how to do better & fine tune accordingly
- Have experience working in an Agile team would be a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- A strong foundation in programming, algorithms, data structures, and mathematics (especially linear algebra, calculus, and probability)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/IT or software development, research, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English is crucial, and the ability to speak French would be a valuable additional asset for collaborating with the French team
- Travel to France once a year to improve collaboration with the French team members
