- Assist in the creation of project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, and monitoring milestone completion.
- Perform all details business and technical requirement studies in preparation of installation and commissioning of the solution at customer office.
- Transform requirements from Scope of Work (SOW) Documents into projects timeline with implementation plan.
- Perform all required deployment and installation task of solution at customer premises.
- Provide IT service support for all KMBS solution customer nationwide during solution fulfillment.
- Perform all require installation and implementation solution based on the customers product and service order
- To act as project executive for solution which are deployed by KM vendor.
- Upon working with vendor, supervisor and monitoring vendor is required. Weekly status update to sales, consultant and solution architect are compulsory.
- Prepare training materials on eye-level guide, user guide, SOP whichever helps customer better in change management.
- Define, develop and implement quality assurance practices and procedures, end user test scripts (UAT) and other QA assessments.
- Handover and translate the project scope to the System Engineer team to continue support for the customer.
- Liaison between the business units, ITS teams and support teams.
- Performs any other related duties as and when directed by superior.
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
