- Job Summary: We are seeking for a proactive and a detailed Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting strategies with a proven track record. You will be responsible for finding the right portals to source the profiles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates. This includes leveraging job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and headhunting techniques.
- Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and perform basic screening to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to recruiters.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Write compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and requirements, and ensure high visibility to attract suitable candidates.
- Recruitment Events: Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline and promote the company's employment brand.
- Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process. Provide updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities, including interview notes, candidate feedback, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions. Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist/Headhunter, with a proven track record in sourcing and headhunting strategies. Candidates from agency background are preferred.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, social media platforms, and headhunting techniques to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and candidates. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Technology: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Basic knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus.
